Our services are comprised of work between the interior stop and the blind stop. Seal replacement, interior and exterior trim work would be referred to a trim carpenter. Painting of trim interior/exterior to a painter.
Mechanical
Mechanicals are the repair/ replacement of the pulleys, ropes, and or chains as well as weatherstripping. Windows are removed and replaced on site.

Renovation
Remove the sashes. Remove loose paint, sand smooth, repair any wood damage, replace damaged or missing glazing, replace broken glass, hand paint 1 coat inside and out. Restore mechanicals and hardware. Replace ropes/chains and or pulleys. Reinstall sashes and ensure smooth operation.
Restoration
Remove the sashes. Remove all old paint an glazing, sand smooth, repair any wood damage, prime, clean glass and replace broken glass, bed glass in glazing and reglaze. Hand paint 2 coats inside and out. Remove paint from jambs and restore mechanicals and hardware. Replace ropes/chains and/or pulleys.
Reinstall sashes and ensure smooth operation.
